What You’ll Do :

• Serve as lead attorney on sophisticated probate litigation matters
• Develop and execute legal strategy with support from in-house discovery attorneys and forensic experts
• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate with a full-service legal team and client services unit so you can focus on litigation—not collections or administrative work
• Contribute to firm leadership and mentorship, sharing expertise with junior attorneys
