- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a business partner role within a high-growth or start-up environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and employment law.
- Experience with multi-state labor law compliance (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills — empathetic, patient, confident, and able to work with diverse personality types.
Responsibilities :
Serve as a strategic advisor to managers on workforce planning, team structure, performance, and engagement.Align HR strategies with overall business objectives to drive performance and employee success.Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.Support performance management processes including goal setting, feedback cycles, and development discussions.Coach managers on employee growth, development planning, and succession strategies.Help execute learning and development programs to strengthen leadership and skillsets.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.Maintain and update HR policies and partner with legal teams on employment law matters.Provide input on compensation and benefits programs to support talent attraction and retention.Assist in annual compensation reviews and market benchmarking.Analyze HR data and trends to support data-driven decision-making.Why choose Addison Group?
