A proven leader with people skills, a passion for patient care, and the drive to succeed. Responsible for oversight of a designated market and provides supervision of phlebotomists. Adheres to and enforces departmental policies and procedures to include department programs, quality control, quality assurance, and safety
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Upholds all Sonic Core Values and ensures compliance with company policies and mandatory training.
- Oversees daily operations in assigned territory, including specimen collection, processing, transport, and new account setups.
- Maintains staffing levels, creates and manages work schedules, and provides phlebotomy coverage as needed.
- Manages all aspects of HR functions : hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, performance management, and reviews.
- Handles payroll operations, including timecard monitoring, PTO review, and timely payroll submission.
- Participates in the Quality Management program, submitting reports and addressing errors in specimen handling and data entry.
- Conducts routine audits at all locations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinates building maintenance and repairs, working directly with contractors as needed.
- Collaborates with the sales team to support client retention and business growth.
- Attends monthly and scheduled meetings at the Toledo main office.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
