The Sr. Project Manager will be an integral part of our Product Operations team supporting the Product Management organization to ensure superior operational delivery for product initiatives. In this role, you will be part of a larger strategic initiative helping to manage cross functional programs that include, but are not limited to the following lifecycle activities : product requirements, product build, training, legal, marketing, commercialization, go to market activities, and client communication. Additional tasks include providing regular status reporting, product roadmap updates, supporting the change management process, assist with annual planning, and other responsibilities as assigned. This position will include interacting directly with Clients, Product Managers, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Visa cross functional teams in a Global environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager within the Visa Acceptance Solutions team. This pivotal role will drive the strategic execution of our Global Expansion Initiatives in Latin America (LAC), ensuring the alignment of project deliverables with organizational objectives and superior quality standards. The role will require managing groups across different teams at Visa, partners, and clients to ensure cohesive and collaborative efforts towards achieving our strategic goals. Additional responsibilities include :

• Leveraging strong project management industry expertise and collaboration skills, identify required activities to successfully deliver the program, ensuring appropriate task assignments are in place
• Define Communication Plan to ensure appropriate Visa, Partner and Client Stakeholder involvement and communication is in place
• Report and escalate issues, with mitigation and path to resolution
• Identify risks, perform risk analysis, escalating as appropriate. Follow defined Risk Management processes
• Oversee and ensure all status materials are compiled and completed in a timely fashion, document and distribute project and activity status on regular basis to the Program team
• Assess existing processes and identify opportunity for improvement
• Participate in other project related activities as requested
• Facilitate collaboration across various functions including Regional and Global Product Management, Product Development, Clients and Partners.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
