This role supports attorneys and case managers by efficiently organizing schedules, avoiding conflicts, and allowing legal staff to focus on case work and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm client meetings, court dates, and internal team appointments.
• Sync calendars across platforms such as Google Calendar, Outlook, and legal case management systems.
• Send automated and manual reminders to clients, attorneys, and team members.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve double-bookings.
• Maintain accurate appointment records in platforms such as Clio or PracticePanther.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams to confirm availability.
• Support legal events, meetings, and follow-ups with proper scheduling and communication.
