You have a sharp eye for what's working in the social landscape and can reverse-engineer formats that go viral. Whether it's repurposing a podcast moment or crafting a meme-style micro-video from scratch, you know how to adapt footage into formats that audiences actually want to watch. Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Video Editing

• Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using raw footage, screen recordings, and b-roll.
• Repurpose podcast episodes, interviews, and client content into platform-native clips.
• Add music, captions, animations, and effects that align with platform trends and brand guidelines.
• Format all videos for vertical (9 : 16) mobile-first viewing.
• Create visually dynamic, emotionally resonant edits that stop the scroll.
