As an Interpreting Project Manager (PM), you play a vital role in the successful delivery of interpreting services to our clients. You will manage interpreting assignments from beginning to end, ensuring every project is efficiently scheduled, staffed with the right interpreter, and delivered with exceptional quality. This is a dynamic and highly collaborative role requiring organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Schedule Monday–Friday, Full-Time, PST Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interpreting assignments by scheduling qualified interpreters based on client needs, language pairs, and specialization.
• Assign interpreters using our scheduling system and ensure all job details are communicated clearly.
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring all assignments are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to clarify project requirements and expectations.
• Maintain high service quality by reviewing interpreter performance and collecting client feedback.
• Negotiate interpreter fees and manage assignments within budget.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and clients to address changes, risks, or issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all projects, including contracts, communications, and invoices.
