We are seeking for a talented Implementation Manager with the following qualifications :
Key Responsibilities :
Tactical Onboarding Management :
Provide tactical onboarding support and management, including tests, validation, and certification. Assist clients' technical teams during the integration and provide continuous updates by coordinating along the internal and external stakeholders being the single-source of contact of technical and business requirements.
Problem-Solving Mindset :
Troubleshoot complex issues and schedule checkpoints to ensure alignment and adjustments as necessary. Document and report project progress to internal stakeholders within clarity and ownership.
Integration Execution :
Time Management. Control of the Time To Market (TTM) solution deliverables and project schedule within the client. Execute integration tasks by managing the Unite Acceptant Tests (UATs), creating integration tests as required according to the project complexity and keeping all parties on track ready for the next step.
Tailored Product Driven Thought :
Provide a product driven thought by focusing on what is feasible to be constructed for complex integrations by guiding the client from the Kick-off to Go Live and provide continuing technical support during the post-implementation articulating the new demands inside the core teams working hand in hand with the Customer Success Manager.
Monitor and Technical Support :
Monitor and support integration post-launch to ensure solution performance by addressing technical complex issues and escalating to appropriate internal teams as needed. Also being able to review
