Project Director

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lima for a Project Director. The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing project operations, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all project goals are met. The role involves coordinating with various teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The Project Director will also be responsible for identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies, as well as maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-sized projects ensuring activities adhere to established policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environmental requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.
• Define project guidelines and manage safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability and project compliance standards.
• Coordinate with various teams, monitor progress, and manage budgets and timelines.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
