Country Manager – Peru
Job Summary : This is a hands‑on role with accountability for the overall P & L of Peru business. It involves evaluating the future way forward for Peru and driving Accord’s success in a lean, responsive organisation.
Responsibilities
- Establish credibility as a business leader, assuming total P & L responsibility.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, products and profitable expansion of Accord in Peru.
- Lead the portfolio and new product process for Peru, liaising with the corporate portfolio and licensing team and providing business insights.
- Provide leadership, strategic direction and drive in pursuit of demanding targets and objectives and regulatory requirements, continually monitoring progress and taking corrective measures when necessary.
- Direct and manage day‑to‑day operations, including HR, IT, risk management, supply chain, statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Act as responsible person for the Accord Healthcare Peru legal entity.
- Shape, manage and motivate the local team.
- Define a clear business plan and strategy for Accord in Peru that meets local market realities and the group’s growth plan.
- Contribute and influence beyond functional responsibilities as part of the Latin America Management Team.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in business management.15–20 years overall experience, including 2–3 years in Peru or more.Preferred exposure to CVS / CNS / Biologics / Biosimilars marketing.Fluent in Spanish.Good business acumen.Impressive career record in a similar position at a similar level.Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.Ability to influence at a senior level, both internally and externally.Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).High energy and enthusiasm for excellence.Previous P & L management experience and understanding of business financial objectives.Cross‑cultural organisational awareness and relationship‑building skills.Credibility and authority to provide strong leadership in a dynamic culture.Commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Flexible interpersonal skills to build internal networks at all levels, win trust and break down barriers quickly.HR Country Manager Latin America – Peru
Job Description : The primary role is to ensure excellent HR operations and services are set‑up and provided to all people at Haskoning in Peru, aligned to local business and legislation, and supporting mobilisation to other LATAM countries. The position supports about 40 employees in Peru out of 6000 globally.
What You Will Do
Ensure efficient and effective HR operations and service delivery to managers and employees in Peru and other LATAM countries through partners, considering global and local standards.Manage day‑to‑day HR tasks, employment contracts, remuneration, and staff deployment to projects in other countries.Serve as a partner to the local management team on HR matters.Lead recruitment for the country, including sourcing, interviewing, mobilising, and hiring employees in collaboration with Global Mobility and Global Talent Acquisition teams.Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including orientation, training, and exit interviews.Manage and resolve employee relations issues, acting as a point of contact for conflict resolution.Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines for the country.Act as the go‑to person for embedding organisational changes at the country level, facilitating effective decision making and determining country priorities.Work closely with global Centres of Expertise (Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management) and HR Business Partners to address people needs and priorities.Support LATAM DAG to implement Haskoning strategy among staff.Where You Will Work

What You Will Bring
Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in an HR generalist role in Peru.Expertise in international mobility, understanding visa and work permit procedures, cross‑border tax implications and social security for project staff in LATAM.Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and Spanish.Experience working in a global matrix organisation and collaborating internationally.Excellent relationship‑management and people skills.Organising and planning skills; results‑oriented and getting things done.Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and functions.What We Offer You
