A multinational company with operations in 13 Latin American countries, specialized in technological solutions for digital identification and investigation , is seeking its next Country Manager based in Peru .

Your Mission

Lead the country operation by aligning commercial, operational, financial, and quality policies with the strategic guidelines set by the Head Office. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand presence, and leading high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and implement the local strategy in alignment with the regional vision.

Lead commercial and operational teams, promoting a results-driven culture.

Develop new business opportunities and manage existing and potential clients.

Build and execute the commercial budget in collaboration with the LATAM Sales Manager.

Oversee the entire commercial cycle : from proposal preparation and presentation to negotiation, contract closing, and post-sale follow-up.

Professional Profile (Requirements) :

Senior professional with a university degree and postgraduate studies.

At least 6 years of experience in similar roles within multinational tech companies (preferably in biometrics or digital identification technologies).

Proven experience working with the public sector , including relationships with government entities at a ministerial level in Latin America ( mandatory ).

Advanced command of English ( mandatory ); French is a plus.

Strong understanding of the regulatory and commercial environment in the public sector across the region.

Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Location : Lima, Peru (with availability to travel within the region).
