This role supports attorneys and case managers by maintaining accurate records, drafting case summaries, and coordinating information across platforms. By proactively organizing files, updating case management systems, and ensuring compliance, this position saves valuable time for legal staff and enhances efficiency, accuracy, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain case files, both digital and physical.
- Update and manage case details in legal databases such as Clio or PracticePanther.
- Draft concise case summaries and reports for attorney review.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, legal standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor deadlines and assist with calendar management for case-related tasks.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and team members to gather or clarify case information.
- Support legal staff with document preparation, file tracking, and database management.
Qualifications
