What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of business matters, including corporate governance, M&A, risk management, and commercial operations
• Advise on employment-related issues such as hiring practices, terminations, workplace compliance, policies, discrimination claims, and wage & hour laws
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including NDAs, service agreements, employment contracts, severance agreements, and more
• Represent the company and / or clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
• Monitor and interpret changes in federal, state, and local regulations affecting the business
• Develop and deliver internal training programs focused on compliance, employment law, and workplace best practices
• Manage outside counsel and lead litigation strategy as needed
• Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and corporate legal requirements
