Overview
Wagenborg Crew Management is seeking a Chief Engineer to join our Shipping Fleet. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering operations of our General Cargo vessels. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel's machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team onboard General Cargo vessels
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and engine performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
