Field Specialist Controls and Instrumentation - LATAM

Join the Field Specialist Controls and Instrumentation - LATAM role at Baker Hughes. You will provide technical direction and safe site leadership for onsite installation, maintenance, testing, and startup activities on gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors and generators controls and instrumentation systems, mainly within Latin American countries.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal supervision, receive and follow established tasks according to the maintenance or installation activities schedule on customer equipment in the field.
• Collaborating with other crew members to the installation and / or maintenance activities of customer equipment in the field at customer sites.
• Execute tasks following the Site Quality Check Lists provided for the agreed scope of work. May interact with customer representatives and the site team on routine matters at the field job site, such as coordination meetings.
• Provide all required records of activities accomplished at the customer site to the Baker Hughes IET Supervisor and promote and maintain good team relations.
• Execute all required responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors, following all IET service applicable processes and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as required. Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes core values (HSE, Quality and Compliance).
