Principal Accountabilities
In addition to Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to :
- Analyze product failures and provide remote or on-site support
- Make recommendations to improve and maintain equipment performance
- Document and submit service & repair activity
- Return parts to the warehouse as necessary
- Perform research and assigned projects
- Perform product installations and conduct operator equipment production and maintenance training.
- Deliver service training to service vendors and partners as assigned by management.
- Apply electromechanical, printing, and color theory, including knowledge of RIPs and the ability to create ICC Profiles with the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment malfunctions.
- Identify potential customer dissatisfaction issues and resolve or escalate as necessary.
- Assist with the creation of Installation, Service and Support documentation.
Minimum Experience Requirements B - Requires some specialist or admin experience (2- 5 years)
Education D - Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.).
Travel Local Travel - Up to 50%
