This is a full-time, 1-year contract role (through June 2026) based in Irvine, CA. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at least two days per week (Monday and Wednesday) and core working hours from 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM PST, with flexibility based on business needs.

You will join a forward-looking AI solutions team within a pioneering company in the electric vehicle industry, driving the design, development, and deployment of intelligent AI agents while also managing and integrating the organization’s Atlassian tool suite. This role combines advanced AI engineering with enterprise collaboration infrastructure, ensuring technical excellence and seamless cross-team workflows.

We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can build robust AI solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and act as a subject matter expert in Atlassian administration. You will collaborate across AI, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality, scalable automation and collaboration solutions.

Contract Duration : 1 year (through June 2026)

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years developing, deploying, and maintaining AI agents, chatbots, or intelligent automation solutions
• Proven experience building AI agents in the ROVO platform (or similar enterprise AI platforms)
• 5+ years as an Atlassian Administrator with deep expertise in Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, and associated integrations
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs
• Solid understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases and data integration
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
