Responsibilities : - Launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for high-conversion lead generation - Track KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversions, contract value from leads) - Design targeting strategies to capture U.S. homeowners ready to remodel - Work with sales to validate and convert leads into signed projects - Manage budgets to maximize ROI Requirements : - 3–5 years running Meta Ads with proven lead generation success - Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manage - Data-driven, analytical mindset - Intermediate English (B1–B2) Nice to Have : - Experience in construction, remodeling, or real estate - CRM and lead attribution knowledge Compensation & Benefits : - Fixed base retainer + per-lead bonus (USD $10 per qualified lead) - Uncapped commission of 0.5% on closed contracts from your leads - Example : $50,000 project = $250 commission - Example : $100,000 project = $500 commission - Payroll benefits, vacation, bonuses, and growth opportunities High performers can significantly scale income by generating qualified leads that close into high-ticket projects.
