  • Develop B2B and B2C business for the brand focused on Peru and subsequently South Latam.
  • Identify opportunities and the best strategies to enter specific markets in each country in South America within B2B and B2C channels.
  • Lead market benchmarking to identify new trends and opportunities that drive the company's growth.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with key clients across various channels.
  • Have a deep understanding of the portfolio and proactively hunt for new sales opportunities

Perfil buscado (h / m)

  • Professional with at least 3 years of experience in sales of mass consumer products.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C distributor sales.
  • Proficient English is mandatory.
  • Organized person with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing with limited resources.
  • High level of resilience and self-motivation.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial profile, staying up to date with the latest trends and constantly seeking new opportunities in the market
