Lead Qualification Specialist
Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM CST.
Responsibilities
- Manage data within CRM and data management tools.
- Qualify leads and engage prospects to collect data.
- Collaborate closely with the team to share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and manage multiple prospects efficiently.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications – Hard and Soft Skills
Data analysis skills to leverage data insights for improving targeting and outreach strategies.Ability to maintain a proactive approach and follow up consistently to engage potential customers.Thrive in a goal-oriented environment with a focus on exceeding targets.One year of related experience in B2B markets and / or training preferred.Strong oral and written communication skills.Great attention to detail and organizational skills.Software : Salesforce or similar CRMs.ON SITE
