About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sr Demand Gen Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will focus on creating, optimizing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital advertising channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid media strategies and be able to leverage data to drive performance, improve ROI, and support the company's overall digital marketing objectives.

What you'll do

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning :

o Develop and execute paid media campaigns across digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram, , etc.) to support business goals and objectives.

o Collaborate with the demand team to define target audiences, messaging, and campaign objectives.

o Set up and manage ad budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

2. Campaign Management :

o Create, launch, and monitor digital ads campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance.

o Conduct A / B testing for ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

o Continuously monitor campaigns to identify trends, optimize performance, adjust bids, targeting and ad copy to achieve KPIs.

3. Optimization & Reporting :

o Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

o Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and evaluate traffic, conversions, and ROI.

4. Content Collaboration :

o Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging and high-converting ad creatives and copy.

o Ensure all creatives are aligned with brand guidelines and best practices.

5. Market Research & Trend Analysis :

o Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising, social media, and search engine marketing.

o Perform competitive analysis and adapt campaign strategies based on industry trends and competitor activity.

6. Budget & ROI Management :

o Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns meet financial objectives and maximize ROI.

o Work with leadership to align on ad spending with overall business goals.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and related digital ad platforms.
• Familiar with SEO / SEM principles and experienced in campaign tracking / reporting using tools like Google Tag Manager and UTM parameters.
