Job Title : Project Manager – Mechanical (Plumbing & HVAC)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Plumbing / HVAC Project Manager to oversee construction projects up to $15 million in value. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with the ability to manage all aspects of plumbing and HVAC construction, from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, field supervisors, subcontractors, and design partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of plumbing and HVAC construction projects up to $15M.
• Collaborate with field supervisors, superintendents, and staff from multiple departments to ensure project success.
• Attend and represent the company at project and coordination meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project logs, schedules, and documentation.
• Price, prepare, and execute change orders in collaboration with the project team.
• Manage the RFI (Request for Information) process, ensuring timely submission and response tracking.
• Coordinate the submittal process, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Oversee procurement processes, working with vendors and suppliers to meet project schedules.
• Support the BIM department, attending coordination meetings as needed, and ensuring accurate integration of plumbing / HVAC designs.
• Download, organize, and distribute project files and design responses to team members.
• Assist in developing man-loading charts with supervisors and superintendents to align resources with project needs.
• Ensure all contractor submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and report on project progress, projections, and key milestones.
• Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budget preparation, forecasting, and cost control.
