We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Web & Digital Developer to play a significant role in our company’s web presence and digital tools. In this role, you'll lead the effort to optimize, rebuild, and scale our website , including launching localized sites for international markets. You’ll also help develop digital solutions and internal tools that make content delivery and customer engagement more seamless. This is a cross-functional role requiring a strong foundation in web development, CMS management, and digital experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and continuous improvement of the company websites around the world
Collaborate with external partners on web-related projects and enhancements
Manage day-to-day updates, ensure smooth site performance, and support SEO best practices
Develop automation tools to help teams optimize tasks
Contribute to the planning of digital solutions that enhance the customer experience and online engagement.

Qualifications

Career in Web development, Computer Science, or related.

3+ years of experience working with various CMS platforms, as well as custom coding using HTML, CSS, JS, PHP

Experience with multi-language / multi-site architecture and international SEO practices

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, custom portals) and micro-sites (portals, micro apps, micro frontends)

Ability to build software for specific purposes, including web applications and desktop software

Proficient in modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., REST APIs, Git, Bootstrap / Tailwind, React / Vue, CI / CD tools)

Fluent in English – written and verbal

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Eager to learn the basics of Rheonics solutions, instrumentation, control technologies, and industrial applications

Familiar with responsive design principles and optimization for performance and accessibility

Experience collaborating with marketing, design, and content teams

Experience working with Atlassian organizational tools, Jira, and Confluence

Ability to work in other languages like Spanish, German, Portuguese, French, etc.
