Position : Service Delivery Manager

Job Type : US Hours ONLY (8am to 5.30pm EST)

Start Date : Immediately

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate all resources of the tower (including off-shore)
• Orchestrate end-to-end services for the involved towers (top of stack)
• Manage cooperation between Towers to ensure standard methods and tools are used
• Apply account-specific processes at all relevant scopes
• Evaluate and manage service requests
• Drive completion of service acceptance, technical assurance, and handover processes
• Act as the SPOC for escalations & major incidents
• Escalate tower-specific technical issues as needed
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for tower services
• Raise problem records when issues are identified
• Manage change requests, assess, and present changes for approval
• Coordinate resources for change planning and execution
• Ensure asset management quality in towers
• Plan CAP at the component level and coordinate with management
