Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented person with intermediate Excel knowledge, analytical thinking, and customer service experience. Digital marketing experience is desired but not a must.

The ideal candidate is independent, focuses on quality, and is eager to grow. Responsibilities include campaign setup, trafficking, and report generation in different ad servers. The candidate should provide exceptional service to clients. If you are passionate about digital transformation, cross-team communication, and the digital ecosystem, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Client facing.
  • Monitor, pull reports, and ensure that campaigns are executing according to the client’s needs and guidelines, extracting insights from audience data.
  • Share results from audience analytics reports with teams when available.
  • Proactively identify campaign behavior, reporting, and processes, calling out issues proactively when found.
  • Act as a strategic partner within account teams, providing consultation to clients on the correct setup of campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign delivery through post-live QA checks to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to creative, HTML tags, publisher implementation, and escalate to third-party vendors when necessary.
  • Responsible for trafficking the campaigns.

Qualifications

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 6 months - 1 year in roles related to Digital Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media / Advertising or Communication, Business, Engineering, Commerce, Arts, or any relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in data management and reporting.
  • Microsoft Excel : Intermediate (Must).
  • Proactive and purposeful individual.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
