Overview

The role leads and manages construction projects to ensure completion on time, within budget (or under) and in accordance with contract terms. Plan and set program objectives, establish methods to achieve them, and align them with client interests, contracts and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct specialized or multiple projects of a similar nature, from smaller initiatives to larger ones, defining their plans and priorities.
• Direct and potentially indirect supervision, with authority to evaluate performance, select and develop personnel.
• Develop integrated solutions to strategic problems using technical experience and policy knowledge, presenting recommendations to senior management.
• Develop tactical plans to achieve organizational objectives and supervise the design of new concepts and ideas for projects.
• Communicate clear and persuasive reports and proposals to all levels, using a participatory and collaborative management style.
• Possess advanced knowledge of systems, processes and tools in the area, with ability to solve problems and contribute to development.
