Commercial Manager – International Logistics (On Site | Cypress, CA)

Reports to : VP of eCommerce

We’re hiring a Commercial Manager to lead pricing and cost strategy across our international logistics network. This high-impact role manages the Commercial / Pricing team and plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and competitive positioning. Ideal candidates will have a background in logistics pricing, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the Commercial / Pricing team, setting goals and driving performance
• Build and implement pricing strategies that support growth, profit, and market competitiveness
• Prepare complex pricing proposals for international mail, publications, and parcel services
• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and Executive teams, advising on market trends and pricing benchmarks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align pricing models with operations and client needs
• Oversee development of pricing tools, dashboards, and business intelligence models
• Support vendor negotiations to secure optimal rates and terms
• Resolve pricing issues, billing discrepancies, and process inefficiencies
• Drive process improvements and workflow automation across the department
• Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs to senior leadership
