Job Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst & Data Architect, you will play a dual role in leading high-level machine learning initiatives while architecting scalable, secure, and efficient data ecosystems. This is a strategic role ideal for a hands‑on leader who is equally comfortable with modeling, analytics, cloud engineering, and stakeholder collaboration. We are specifically looking for someone trained in the U.S. or with strong U.S. enterprise experience, and who understands how to build data systems that support global operations. As part of the Luna Joy team, you will play an essential role in directly contributing to supporting the mental health journey of one million women with purpose‑driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. You will need speed to adapt quickly and efficiently, and the drive to be 1% better every day, constantly striving for improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end data platforms, integrating structured and unstructured data across multiple sources and environments (cloud, on‑premise, APIs, etc.)
• Lead development and deployment of machine learning models that directly impact business outcomes (predictive analytics, personalization, risk scoring, NLP, etc.)
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into scalable data solutions
• Establish data governance, security, and compliance best practices
• Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval using technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar
• Design and implement ETL / ELT pipelines, real‑time data streams, and ML pipelines

Onboarding & Training : Once the offer is accepted, the onboarding process begins. You will be guided through setting up tools, learning about Luna Joy’s systems and workflows, and engaging in any role‑specific training. This phase ensures a smooth transition into your new role, setting you up for success from day one.
