Learning & Assessment Consultant

Overview

Job Title : Learning & Assessment Consultant. Contract : Full-time, Permanent. Cambridge University Press & Assessment is a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by developing relationships with schools and educational institutions.
• Promote and present a comprehensive educational solution to institutions' teachers, coordinators, managers, and owners.
• Follow up on prospective, renewal, and loyalty institutions.
• Work closely with distributors, exam centres, and key partners to ensure business success.
• Deliver product and platform presentations, training, as required by our potential and existing customers and users.
• Collect market insights and customer feedback to improve our offerings.
• Ensure that information recorded in Salesforce CRM is updated with databases.
