By driving visibility and engagement, this position directly contributes to generating leads and increasing client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and manage listings on MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and other real estate platforms.
• Write polished, SEO-optimized real estate descriptions tailored to attract buyers.
• Upload, organize, and label property photos and media for maximum appeal.
• Ensure all listings are compliant with MLS rules and real estate regulations.
• Monitor and adjust listing performance to improve engagement and inquiries.
• Collaborate with agents, photographers, and marketing staff to coordinate listing launches.
