The Comprehensive Services Coordinator facilitates collaboration between Early Head Start, Head Start and Home-Based programs to ensure that comprehensive care and support is provided for children and their families. Responsible for coordination and administrative support for the multiple Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) including monthly team and individual meetings across all center-based services.

DUTIES

Summary

The Comprehensive Services Coordinator facilitates collaboration between Early Head Start, Head Start and Home-Based programs to ensure that comprehensive care and support is provided for children and their families. Responsible for coordination and administrative support for the multiple Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) including monthly team and individual meetings across all center-based services.

Essential Duties

• Schedules regular meetings, sends reminders, sets agendas, and leads discussions to review child progress, address concerns, and develop individualized plans.
• Manages logistics, including calendar invites, meeting links, room reservations, and distribution of ChildPlus reports and necessary documentation.
• Monitors reports to identify children needing discussion, ensures accurate data entry, and oversees data tracking for MDT meetings.
• Tracks and assesses the impact of interventions, making adjustments as needed to support children's developmental progress.
• Works with content area representatives to confirm that appropriate documentation is recorded in ChildPlus and that services are being delivered.
• Identifies training needs, conducts annual MDT training, and orients new team members.
• Guides discussions, fosters consensus, and redirects conversations as needed to maintain focus and decision-making effectiveness.
• Organizes monthly monitoring meetings with Managers to review team engagement and preparedness.
• Upholds HIPAA regulations and CII policies to protect the privacy of children and families.

Compensation

$26.75 USD - $32.10 USD

In accordance with California law, the expected pay range for this position is included in this posting. The actual compensation will be determined based on factors permitted by law. New hires will be offered a salary at the starting point of the range to maintain internal inequity and allow opportunity for future salary growth. CII salaries are determined based on comprehensive internal and external market analysis, as well as the skills, education, and experience relevant to each position.
