Caron Business Solutions, a Canadian ERP firm, is expanding across North and South America. We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Executive to lead ERP sales growth in the mining, construction, and distribution sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying and engaging prospects in Canada, the U.S., and Latin America.
- Lead and close full-cycle ERP sales opportunities.
- Analyze client workflows and tailor ERP solutions to their business needs.
- Partner with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Deliver impactful product demos and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Support business initiatives and contribute to cross-functional tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (ERP or IT solutions preferred).Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).Solid understanding of ERP systems.Previous sales experience in the mining or construction industry (preferred).Strong business acumen, consultative mindset, and ability to thrive in a remote work environment.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to multitask when needed.What We Offer
