Overview

The client is a personal injury law firm based in the U.S. seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its attorneys and legal operations. The role involves managing case files, drafting legal documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring cases move efficiently through all stages of litigation. Prior experience with U.S. law firms—preferably in personal injury law—is highly valued.

What you’ll be doing

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings to assist attorneys in case preparation.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies regarding case-related matters.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
• Prepare settlement demands, medical chronologies, and other case-related summaries.
• File documents with courts and manage deadlines to ensure compliance with legal procedures.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Perform administrative support as needed, including scheduling, calendaring, and data entry.

Salary : USD 1200 to USD 1600 per month
