The Job

What You’ll Do :

  • Generate High-Quality Leads : Use online research, industry databases, and networking to identify and gather potential clients.
  • Engage with Prospects : Conduct high-volume cold calling and email outreach to introduce our security solutions and spark interest among prospective clients.
  • Build Strong Relationships : Develop lasting connections with new and existing clients, understanding their security needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Advance the Sales Process : Schedule and coordinate meetings with key decision-makers to drive deals forward.
  • Stay Organized : Track and manage all sales activities in our CRM system, keeping detailed records of interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate & Strategize : Work closely with internal teams to refine sales strategies and boost outreach effectiveness.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep up with industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • The Profile

    What You Bring :

  • Sales & Outreach Expertise : Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and cold calling—preferably in electronic security or technology.
  • Powerful Communication : Strong English skills for creating compelling outreach messages and engaging conversations.
  • Independent & Driven : Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Organizational Mastery : Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups with precision.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiar with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Results-Oriented : Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Industry Insight : Experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of the electronic security industry is a plus.
