Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI improvement
- Manage and update Google My Business (GMB) profiles to maximize local visibility and engagement
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy and SEO improvements
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, ensuring websites consistently rank for target keywords
- Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights
- Develop and manage digital marketing calendars, ensuring consistent execution across channels
- Create and test ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to improve click-through and conversion rates
- Coordinate with leadership to refine digital strategy and support the overall growth goals of the agency
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, and related channels.Strong understanding of PPC strategy, keyword research, and ad optimizationExperience managing and optimizing Google My Business (GMB) profiles for local SEO performance.Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag ManagerExcellent written and oral EnglishStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneouslyFamiliarity with Go High Level (GHL) for building and optimizing marketing funnels is a plusUnderstanding of broader digital marketing tactics, including landing page optimization and conversion trackingExperience in digital marketing or a development agency is a plus.Position details
