About the Role :

As our Senior Director of IT Infrastructure and Security , you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a resilient, high-performance IT environment that supports scientific discovery and enterprise operations. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and compliance—playing a critical role in both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable IT infrastructure (on-prem, cloud, hybrid)
• Build and execute a company-wide cybersecurity strategy in line with industry best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
• Partner with R&D, clinical, and commercial teams to deliver secure, fit-for-purpose technology solutions
• Oversee IT operations, disaster recovery, network security, and endpoint management
• Drive compliance with HIPAA, GxP, SOX, and other relevant frameworks
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and IT budgets
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT and security team
