Overview

We seek a highly experienced Lead Frontend Developer (10+ years) to lead our frontend initiatives and integrate AI tools to accelerate development. Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of professional frontend development experience with leadership skills.
  • English level : C1 or higher (Advanced).
  • Experience and willingness to extensively use AI tools in frontend workflows.
  • Proven adoption of AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, GraphQL, styled-components.
  • Experience with Ant Design or Material UI.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks for frontend unit and integration tests.
  • Understanding of scrum, functional, and object-oriented programming principles.

  • Understanding of frontend design patterns and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of web applications using React, Next.js, GraphQL, styled-components, and UI libraries.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, utilizing AI tools to accelerate development and improve quality.
  • Mentor team members, promoting AI-driven development practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Implement testing to ensure robustness.
  • Optimize application performance with techniques like lazy loading and code splitting.
  • Stay updated on web development and AI trends.
