The Job

At MGM Resorts International, we create unforgettable experiences at some of the world’s most iconic destinations. As a Revenue Strategy Manager, you’ll be part of a world-class team that drives high-level revenue strategies and target setting across our portfolio. Your expertise will help maximize REVPAR and profit while ensuring alignment of pricing and strategy throughout MGMRI.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, analyze market trends, and influence key decisions that shape our business. If you thrive in a collaborative, data-driven, and fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Day-to-day

• Lead analysis to determine the optimal mix of business across MGM Resorts.
• Recommend cross-property revenue strategies to senior leadership for enterprise alignment.
• Support development of high-level strategic plans to achieve profit and REVPAR targets.
• Gather and analyze customer and competitive intelligence, including pricing and brand value benchmarking.
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency within the Revenue Management Strategy department.
• Communicate performance insights to corporate stakeholders.
• Drive execution of profit improvement initiatives and seek innovation through external networking.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture and succession planning.
• Champion a work environment that promotes client service, collaboration, and professional growth.
