A great opportunity for a seasoned training and development professional who designs engaging corporate learning experiences for adult learners and who enjoys building relationships and making an impact through mission-driven work.
This position is responsible for designing, managing, facilitating and evaluating learning experiences and talent development solutions for ICMA members and potential members. This includes executive leadership development, new leader development, continuous education, and emerging leaders programs, as well as workshop design and delivery. The selected candidate will develop, direct, and market an overall program of leadership, management and professional development for ICMA members that provides quality services in support of ICMA's mission and is core to the recruitment and retention of ICMA members. This role also designs, facilitates and delivers learning experiences for internal and external audiences in various modalities, from in-person workshops to online instructor-led courses. The salary is based on experience, with a starting range between $120,000-$140,000. This position reports to the Director of Professional Development Operations.
