Job Title : Senior Intake Specialist

Type of Position : Full Time

Location : Fully Remote

Pay : $25.00 / hour - $35.00 / hour PLUS Bonus Incentive of 1K+ per Month (based on sign-ups)

Hours : Assigned 40-hour shift, may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Typical hours :

• M-F : 7 : 00am – 10 : 00pm Pacific Time
• Saturday : 8 : 00am – 4 : 30pm Pacific Time
• Sunday : 9 : 00am – 5 : 30pm Pacific Time

Job Description

The role of the Intake Specialist is vital to our success. You will speak directly to individuals seeking legal help during vulnerable times. Your skills in sales and customer service will help qualify cases and convert prospects into clients, with a goal of 95% conversion rate.

Core duties include :

Serving as the first contact for leads seeking assistance (no cold calling)

Assessing case viability based on information provided

Making a positive impression and following up respectfully

Maintaining accurate records and inputting data

Referring non-personal injury cases to partners

Using sales skills to convert qualified leads into retained clients

Participating in ongoing training

Earn incentive compensation in addition to salary

Requirements

4+ years experience in legal intake, paralegal work, or auto insurance sales

Basic understanding of personal injury law (plus)

Excellent verbal communication, empathy, and persuasion skills

Conflict resolution and active listening skills

Strong time management

Bilingual in Spanish required

CRM experience (preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree (plus)
