We are supporting a growing privately held real estate development and investment company in their search for a driven and entrepreneurial Real Estate Project Developer . With a solid footprint across Switzerland and active projects in multiple European markets, this role is ideal for a commercially minded real estate professional with a strong grasp of acquisitions, project positioning, and end-to-end transaction management.
Your Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Evaluation : Identify and assess land plots, existing properties, and development opportunities with strong potential.
- Internal Presentation : Present selected opportunities to executive leadership and board for strategic decision-making.
- Acquisition Process : Lead the full acquisition cycle from opportunity identification through due diligence, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Sales & Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies for projects, coordinating with internal teams where needed.
- Investor Engagement : Identify and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and private buyers.
- Transaction Management : Oversee the full sales cycle to successful deal closure.
- Networking : Actively grow the company’s network in the Swiss-German real estate community.
Your Profile
Background in real estate, business, law or related commercial education.Solid experience in property acquisition, development, or investment sales.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions (e.g., with a developer, consultancy, family office, or investment firm).Strong knowledge of contract and real estate law, and experience with transaction structuring.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with high-level stakeholders.Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on and proactive approach.Fluent in German (mandatory); good command of English required; Italian is a strong plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
