We are currently seeking an experienced Data Delivery Lead to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development of our Data Platform. The Data Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading a culturally diverse team of data professionals in the ingestion, curation, and modeling of data to ensure its availability in the Data Platform (AADP) for business consumption.
This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality data for analytics, data science, and data-driven products while adhering to agile methodologies using the Scrum framework.

Responsibilities :

Lead a diverse team of data professionals, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

Oversee the ingestion, curation, and modeling of data within the Data Platform, ensuring it meets business requirements.

Implement and promote agile practices within the team, ensuring adherence to defined processes and timely delivery of high-quality data.

Provide regular updates to Data Delivery Specialists regarding progress on business data requirements and escalate any risks or issues to the program manager.

Collaborate with other Data Delivery Leads and Specialists to manage the overall data delivery plan, aligning with the year's business requirements and commitments.

Identify dependencies, risks, and issues that may impede delivery and raise these to the program manager

Provide timely alerts to relevant stakeholders to facilitate proactive resolution.

Qualifications : Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

Minimum of 5 years in a data management or delivery role.

Proven experience leading teams in an agile environment, specifically using Scrum methodologies.

Strong background in data ingestion, curation, and modeling practices.

Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g. Azure) and data engineering concepts.

Experience with project management tools (e.g. DevOps Boards) for tracking progress and managing backlogs.

Recommendation :

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
