A multinational company with operations in 13 Latin American countries, specialized in technological solutions for digital identification and investigation, is seeking its next Country Manager based in Peru.

Responsibilities

• Lead the country operation by aligning commercial, operational, financial, and quality policies with the strategic guidelines set by the Head Office. Drive sustainable growth, strengthen brand presence, and lead high-performance teams.
• Define and implement the local strategy in alignment with the regional vision.
• Lead commercial and operational teams, promoting a results-driven culture.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing and potential clients.
• Build and execute the commercial budget in collaboration with the LATAM Sales Manager.
• Oversee the entire commercial cycle : from proposal preparation and presentation to negotiation, contract closing, and post-sale follow-up.
