About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SEO Manager for our client. The ideal candidate has at least 6+ years of proven experience managing SEO strategies within digital marketing agencies, with a strong track record of success in the healthcare or dental niche. This role requires advanced expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO, and link building, as well as experience managing teams and multiple client accounts. U.S. market experience is required, with the ability to build and execute data-driven SEO strategies that deliver measurable results.
Digital Marketing Agency And US Experience Required.
Healthcare and dental niche experience preferred.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to healthcare and dental clients.
- Manage a team of SEO specialists and oversee day-to-day execution across multiple accounts.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry research to drive content and optimization strategies.
- Oversee technical SEO, including site audits, crawlability, indexation, site speed optimization, and resolving technical issues.
- Develop and implement advanced on-page SEO strategies, including meta optimization, structured data, and content improvements.
- Drive local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization, reviews strategy, and citation management.
- Build and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs, providing actionable insights to clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, PPC) to ensure holistic digital marketing success.
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.
Who we’re looking for
Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a management or lead role.Proven track record working with U.S.-based clients, preferably in the healthcare or dental niche.Extensive experience working in digital marketing agencies is required.Advanced expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO, and link building.Strong command of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.Ability to handle multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and deliver consistent results.Position details
