We’re looking for a Media Manager to lead inDrive media planning and buying across offline and online channels in Peru. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing impactful media plans, overseeing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and media partners, and working closely with the business to drive results.
- Cost-effective media planning & buying in line with region business & marketing plans (offline + online) for all activations in Mexico
- Work independently to manage and execute media projects
- Analyze marketing briefs and formulate effective media plans
- Oversee and analyze campaign performance, presenting insightful reports on both business & media level results
- Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders for media plan execution
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and partners
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience with Media (in media agency or on client-side)Ability to do the whole planning process independentlyProficiency in media analytics and planning tools : ability to use the tools available and provide detailed media report with conclusionsAdvanced understanding of various online and offline media channels : different formats available, best fit for different marketing objectives, optimization opportunitiesExpertise in data analysis and interpretation : ability to find the insights to generate business-related hypothesis and explain the detailsStrong presentation skills : experience in building up clear and simple presentation to deliver the key thoughts and ability to present confidentlyFamiliarity with advertising trends and innovations : being able to provide recommendation in line with those, to identify the relevant innovations for testProficiency in tracking and optimizing campaign performance : understanding of core and proxy KPIs for each channel and media in total, experience in creating the mid-reports and providing optimization suggestions based on thatDecision-making : being able to either take decision on their own or always propose a solutionProblem-solving : focusing not on a problem but on a way to solveCollaboration : always finding the best solution for a team, ready to go beyond scope sometimesAttention to detail : always understanding what info is required and getting itCommunication : being able to find an agreement as a team-playerTime management : setting the priorities clear to ensure tasks delivered on timePlease take a moment to answer a few quick questions.
