Sales Director (Financial Services) - Remote Work at BairesDev

About the Role
In this role, you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and / or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a Hunter position.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with mid‑ to enterprise‑level clients across industries with a primary focus on Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Fintech, and Investment Management).
- Originate and nurture business relationships that result in engagement opportunities.
- Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of potential clients’ senior executives.
- Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve their desired business outcomes.
- Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
- Plan resources, organize, and mobilize teams (including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams) throughout the complex sales cycle.
- Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.Strong experience in business development, institutional sales, relationship management, or client advisory within the financial services sector.Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing mid‑size and enterprise accounts within financial services or institutional markets.Excellent understanding of the Financial Services industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub‑verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.Must have a strong understanding of financial systems, regulatory compliance technology, trading platforms, and technological challenges commonly faced in the financial services industry.Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients.Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.Native English or fully bilingual (English).What We Offer
