Overview

Vertical Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for customer-oriented campaigns and programs across Latin America. This role positions our brand within key industries, drives demand, and enables sales through impactful campaigns, content, and customer experiences. This position is based in Brazil, Panama, or Chile.

Responsibilities

• Define vertical marketing strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Translate market insights into actionable plans with clear KPIs.
• Develop integrated marketing plans including positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across the customer journey.
• Deliver Account-Based Marketing, Lead Generation, and conversion programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vertical messaging.
• Develop engaging content for digital platforms, events, and customer touchpoints.
• Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency across channels.
• Analyze and enhance customer journeys for better conversion.
• Use data to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and campaign performance.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Continuously optimize based on data-driven decisions.
