About the Role
As a Manager Regional Compliance Risk you manage a regional team to oversee Line Unit regulatory and compliance program activities in an overseeing Line Unit regulatory and compliance program activities in accordance with Enterprise and divisional policies and procedures and applicable local regulatory requirements
As a Manager Regional Compliance Risk, you can expect to :
Oversees compliance with Enterprise and divisional policies and procedures and local jurisdictional laws and regulations.
Advises senior managers on regional compliance risk concerns; provides recommendations to ensure that global risks are managed, measured, monitored, and properly reported.
Oversee development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and internal controls and drives regional and global standards for compliance risk management.
Supports development of the compliance global strategy and leads regional implementation; leads special projects to advance compliance risk management practices as needed.
Business Ethics : Knowledge of practices, behaviors, applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing proper business conduct; ability to demonstrate ethical behavior in diverse situations. Counsels senior management on the ethics implications of Sarbanes-Oxley
Issues Management and Remediation : Knowledge of techniques and processes for issues management and remediation; ability to identify any error or fault and correcting them in a timely manner . Develops a risk-based quality assurance, quality control, and control testing program to assess the effectiveness of the business unit’s controls.
Risk Management : Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations.
Audit and Compliance Function : Knowledge of major responsibilities and tasks of Audit and Compliance (A&C) function; ability to manage the operation of A&C function in various business environment.
What is Required
Bachelor’s degree in any of the business disciplines
5+ years’ Experience in compliance, legal, accounting, contract administration, audit.
This position requires advanced English.
