We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Brand and Marketing Manager to lead our brand vision and accelerate growth within the competitive iGaming sector. This role is critical in shaping our market presence, driving customer acquisition, and building a loyal community around our brand. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative vision, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels to build compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
As a Brand and Marketing Manager, you will :
- Develop and Execute Brand Strategy : Define and evolve the brand's positioning, voice, and visual identity to ensure consistency and stand out in the market.
- Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns : Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email, Affiliates) to drive player acquisition and retention.
- Manage Marketing Budget & ROI : Own the marketing budget, allocate spend efficiently across channels, and continuously analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and LTV of acquired customers.
- Content & Creative Leadership : Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing content, including video, web copy, ad creatives, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the brand message.
- Market & Competitor Analysis : Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and player insights to identify new opportunities and refine our marketing approach.
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing : Work with the CRM team to develop and implement automated email and push notification flows that guide players through their journey, from onboarding to VIP status.
- Partnership & Sponsorship Management : Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Event Marketing Strategy : Conceptualize and oversee the company's presence at industry events and plan exclusive branded events to enhance community engagement and brand loyalty.
What you’ll bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a brand or marketing management role, specifically within the iGaming, sportsbook, or online casino industry.Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and managing large-scale, performance-driven marketing budgets.Expertise in digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.Strong analytical skills with experience using data and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to derive insights and report on KPIs.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage external agencies and cross-functional internal teams.A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.Fluency in English is required.Seniority level
