The Accounting Manager will oversee corporate general ledger activities and lead a small, high-performing team. Beyond technical expertise, this role is about bringing curiosity, collaboration, and leadership to an organization where accounting is seen not just as numbers, but as a critical function that supports growth and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a corporate accounting team, fostering both technical excellence and team development
• Oversee day-to-day GL operations and ensure timely, accurate monthly / quarterly close
• Prepare and review reconciliations, journal entries, and intercompany eliminations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and strengthen processes
• Review expense accounts, accruals, and financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Support internal and external audits with clear documentation and proactive follow-up
• Identify opportunities to streamline the close and bring fresh thinking to process improvements
• Contribute to tax documentation and corporate reporting initiatives

Qualifications

Compensation : $100,000-$135,000 + bonus
